Hi, I am Jen Estevez. My path has led me to living and working all over the world, studying a variety of disciplines such as marital arts, yoga, breath work, as well as shamanism, religion, spirituality, and mysticism. I am a coach, a public speaker, medicine woman, buddhist, creative, serial entrepreneur, writer, wild woman and advocate for living a sustainable, plant-based lifestyle.  I've founded companies, run startups and now, I want to get personal. My personal work is my way of giving back to the world by sharing my practices and tools that helped me create a more grounded, intentional way of living, working, and being.  

As many of the great teachers say, in order to save the planet we need to start with ourselves. My healing journey has been long and beautiful. I continue to peel back layers in myself so that my wounds and shadows may become my gifts to share. I am calling in connection with those who resonate with my experience; medicine workers, seekers and people on a journey of self discovery, healing, and integrating from psychedelics, executives who are ready to trade burn out for balance, women who want to embody their divine empowered feminine, and thoughtful business collaborators,.
